Welcome to Music Of Magic. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of musicofmagic.com and your purchase and use of our online courses, videos, downloads, and related materials. By purchasing a course or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. COURSE PURCHASE AND ACCESS

Beginning Guitar Course Level 1 is offered for a one-time payment of $148. A purchase provides one individual with access through their Music Of Magic account. Course access may not be transferred, resold, or shared with another person.

Course content is self-paced and delivered online. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, and valid account credentials.

We intend to provide ongoing access to purchased course content while the program remains available. We may update, replace, reorganize, or discontinue portions of the course when reasonably necessary. If the complete course is permanently discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice whenever practical.

    2. All SALES FINAl​

Because purchasing a course provides immediate access to digital course content and materials, all purchases are final and nonrefundable once payment has been completed and course access has been provided.

Refunds will not be provided because a purchaser changes their mind, does not begin or complete the course, is dissatisfied with their progress, or has viewed some or all of the course content.

If you experience a duplicate charge, do not receive the course access you purchased, or believe a billing error has occurred, please contact Music Of Magic using the contact information provided on musicofmagic.com.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

   3. PERSONAL USE ONLY

All course videos, lessons, music, graphics, downloads, worksheets, photographs, written materials, branding, and other content are owned by Music Of Magic or used with permission.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the materials for your own music education. You may not copy, record, reproduce, publish, upload, sell, distribute, publicly display, modify, or share course content without prior written permission.

   4. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity conducted through your account. Please notify Music Of Magic if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account has been shared, payment has been disputed or reversed, these terms have been violated, or the website or course has been misused.

   5. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Purchasers must be at least 18 years old. A participant under 18 may use the course only when a parent or legal guardian purchases it, agrees to these terms, and provides appropriate supervision.

   6. EDUCATIONAL RESULTS AND SAFETY

Music Of Magic provides music education and practice guidance. Individual progress depends on factors including practice, consistency, prior experience, and personal ability. We do not guarantee a specific result, level of progress, or completion time.

Participants are responsible for practicing safely, using suitable equipment, and stopping if they experience pain or discomfort. Course content is not medical advice.

   7. WEBSITE AND COURSE AVAILABILITY

We work to keep the website and course available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

   8. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through Wix and its supported payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You are also subject to the payment provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

   9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Music Of Magic will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, course, or materials.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Music Of Magic’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

   10. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy available on musicofmagic.com. Wix and payment providers may also collect and process information under their own privacy policies.

   11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, policies, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes will apply going forward and will not remove rights already provided by applicable law.

   12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any rights provided by applicable consumer-protection laws remain in effect.
